„Schönes Resort mit viel Natur und Wert auf Sauberkeit, hat aber Verbesserungspotenzial.
Der Kellner Marco ist wirklich einer der höflichsten, aufmerksamsten Angestellten in einem Restaurant, die ich je kennengelernt hab. Unser Sohn konnte schön am Pool spielen. Das Wasser ist absteigend tief. Jeden Tag ist ab 15 Uhr eine Frau am Pool mit Kinderspielsachen, die man gratis benutzen kann. Sie animiert auch die Kinder. Das Reinigungspersonal hat super Arbeit geleistet. Jeden Tag war das Zimmer sehr sauber geputzt. Die Empfangsdame war sehr freundlich und hat uns gratis ein Bügeleisen ausgeliehen (kostenlos). Die Unterkunft bietet auch ein Shuttlebus an, der einen zum nächsten Strand fährt (Stundentakt).
- WLAN Empfang in unserem Haus war schlecht. Nur auf der Terrasse guten Empfang gehabt. - Im Bad gibt es kaum Stellflächen für Deo, Zahnpasta, Hygieneartikel und wenig Haken für Handtücher (Haus ist für 4 Leute aber nur 2 Haken) - Das Essen an der Poolbar ist leider sehr teuer - Der Spielplatz für die Kinder ist sehr heruntergekommen. (rostige Metallteile) - Der Preis für ein Kinderbett ist mit 20 Euro pro Nacht extrem teuer. Davon kann man sich ein eigenes Bett kaufen.

„Schönes Hotel, leider nur für Autofahrer
Schöne Häuschen mit möblierter Terrasse und Zimmer mit angrenzendem großen Bad, Großer Pool mit vielen Schirmen und Liegen. Gutes frühstück mit sehr viel Auswahl. Kaffee wird serviert. Sehr freundlicher Service
Die Poolbar war überwiegend geschlossen, das Restaurant war noch nicht in Betrieb, es gab keinen Shuttleservice zum Strand. Wir mussten immer das Auto nutzen. Keine Lieferdienste für Essen . Das Hotel ist pet friendly- aber Hunde gehören nicht an den Pool und schon gar nicht in die Hotelhanddtücher und auf die Liegen!

„Schöne Anlage nahe Otranto und sehr schönen Stränden
Die Anlage, der Garten, der Poolbereich sind schön. Das Frühstücken im Freien hat uns gefallen, sehr aufmerksamer Service. Die Lage des Hotels nahe Otranto und sehr schönen Stränden ist ideal.
Das normale Doppelzimmer war ein Bungalow mit nur einem kleinen Fenster, das fast wie eine Kammer gewirkt hat. Sehr klein, aber ok.
